I went to Jungle Jim's for the first time last weekend, and being a big macaroni salad fan, I decided to get some of their homemade salad, and its probably the best macaroni salad I've ever had, and I've had a lot. However, Jungle Jim's is a bit far for me to travel to, and I was wondering if anyone had the recipe so that I could try to make it at home. Thanks!

Thanks for coming out and visiting us. We're glad you had a great first time experience at our store.

Our policy of not divulging our in-store and our Cooking School recipes is a strict one we must adhere to. We apologize for that. But like you said, it was probably the best Macaroni Salad you have had. And if we gave out our in-store recipes, then our Macaroni Salad would be just like everyone else's Macaroni Salad and no longer anything special - which it is now!

We also do not give out our Cooking School recipes as we reserve them for our Cooking School students. They pay to attend the classes to learn how to cook something from a Cooking School recipe they find inviting, so it would not be fair, nor would we have much need for a Cooking School, if we were to give out these recipes as well.

We do however offer recipes from local area cooking experts Margie Potts and Rita Heikenfeld as well as a special group of recipes from the Jungle Jim's Meat Shoppe and Food Demo departments. These can be found on our website under the About Us section.
