The U.S. Congress is considering legislation to promote more fruits and vegetables in our schools, as well as to enhance the development of specialty crops. Many of these bills will mean more (and better) produce for everyone! Full disclosure: I work with them on building grassroots advocacy. Oh, and I'm a vegetarian!
