Does Jungle Jim's sell sweetbreads? I browse the meat department often and have never seen sweetbreads. The closest product I've seen in the exotic meats case was pork brains.

And to those who have prepared sweetbreads at home... what is your favorite preparation?

Sweetbreads have not been available due to the B.S.E. "Mad Cow" scare. Beef processors are not allowed to sell any part of the cows central nervous system.
