I don't believe I've seen Usinger's Sausage in the Jungle yet. I would like to see you carry their Chorizo, Andouille and Linguica sausages in one pound packages. I presently order them online but the shipping charges are getting unreasonable and I hate to freeze it for long periods of time. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Emeril's fans will also appreciate it!

We did carry Usinger Sausage for years. We too ran into the shipping issue with that company. We do carry other Chorizo and Andouille Sauasages. The meat department also makes the sausage from scratch.
