Had a friend come down from northern Indiana and wanted to see the Jungle. My wife and I talk about it all the time. We bring them over and my buddy spends a couple hundred bucks on different kinds of meat. He was also impressed with the beer section. He hadn't seen Little Kings in almost twenty years. Anyway we fired up the oven and the grill and had a feast later that evening. We had some canned smoked rattlesnake, a bit too smokey. Had fresh Scallops, the large ones. Cooked on the stovetop in butter and herbs, very tasty. Had a cajun rubbed Duck, very very good. We had crab stuffed jumbo butterfly shrimp, excellent. On the grill we had Elk medallions, aligator and buffalo. Our wives would only taste a tiny piece of a couple things, but my buddy, my son and I had a feast. Can't wait to do it again.

My family and I bought some ground Elk and made Elk burgers and cooked them on the grill, they were wonderful. I guess they are a lot better nutritionly for you as well. I can't wait to have them again. Never had rattlesnake, have had blackend aligator it was great.
