What's the best mild fish to grill out? I tried orange roughy and it fell through the grill, although it was pretty good...

Try Walleye on the grill! Just don't be flippin it back & forth. Turn it only once.

Mmmmm, grilled grouper with a pineapple ginger chutney....

I wouldn't take it past a day, but that's just me - I'm paranoid about fish.

You might try one of those flippable basket trays for fish on the grill. something like this.
