I love to particpate in the classes offered at Jungle Jim's Cooking School, however, the choices are extremely limited on the weekends. It's too difficult to make evening courses during a work week. If I remember correctly, the current session (Winter '05-'06) has two Saturday classes, and the session before only had one! Is there anything in development to expand the weekend schedule?

We offer 2 to 3 weekend Wine & Food cooking classes in each brochure. We have found that our students prefer cooking classes during the week and leave their weekends open for other interests. We also have dinner, class and a movie classes on Fridays occasionally. Our next brochure will be available at the end of the month, please view for weekend classes.

Jungle Jim's also offers wine tasting on Saturdays and beer tasting occasionally on Fridays. You may also find these of interest.
