I'd like to see some gourmet raw items, like raw juices (might not be legal to sell unpasteurized, though?). Someone once mentioned a raw vegan "cheesecake" from a large natural foods chain store...I'd like to see that here!

Right now, I am only following a Raw Vegan diet. I currently am eating unprocessed food. Raw fruits and veggies and green smoothies. However, I too would love to see the gourmet raw items! In fact, I would love to see a smoothie/juice bar in the jungle, too!!! Smile
