A food court would be a fantastic idea. It only makes sense to have a food court for all of JJ's foodies to have a variety of food to eat at an international market, especially an all American food as BBQ. They were going in the right direction when they had the Boston Butz trailer there last year.

How about a smoothie/juice bar! With all of that fantastic produce, a place that makes fresh smoothies and juices would be great!!! I'd even give you a couple of recipes to get you started!!! <G>
