A low carb diet can be really boring. But, I did really wekll on one a couple years ago. One thing that made it so easy was kn owing that every evening I could enjoy a huge low carb brownie or cookie with a glass of low carb milk. Admittidly, a couple years ago, low carb was at it's peak, but there were all kinds of prepared cookies and brownies at most grocery stores. Now I'm headed for Hawaii this summer and want to shed a few pounds before I go, but was extremely disappointed to be unable to find any low carb goodies at any of my neighborhood groceries. Would it be worth my driving from Louisville [120 miles] to stock up on JJ's selectiopn of low carb items, or has JJ's droped off the low carb bandwaggon like all the stores here in Louisville?

I too do low carb. I usually have to purchase online many products we need. But to find them locally would be a big blessing.

There are a few products that would be great to have.

Carbquik or Carbalose from Tova Industries
Thick/Thin not sugar or Thick/Thin not starch (which you use to carry)
Erytritol, or Diabetisweet products are great.
Walden Farms s/f dips
