Ok, this might be a tough one for anyone that doesnt know what Elderberries are. I wish I had grandma's recipe. Edlerberry syrup is awesome on pancakes or french toast. It has a taste of its own that I find indescribable. I cant find Edlerberry jellies ANYWHWERE. Maybe Jungle Jims can find it! If anyone there does find it, please post it here. Elderberry products are great tasting and good for you aswell. The only down side that I can recall about making Elderberry products is that the stems are poisonous so you have to be careful to select the berries only when making jellys or syrups.
