Oh I hope it does happen sometime soon. There is nothing like the taste of fresh beer. If you do get this going I would be glad to help taste tast any and all beer produced in the brewery. I really think this would go over well, there are no other micros in the immediate area. Just imagine sitting drinking a fresh batch of Junge Jims Special Brew.
We did talk to some people about leasing space to do a brewery, but that didn't work out. We are looking for tenants for the new addition that started today. A microbrewery would be considered.
