Cajons Bourbon Infused hot sauce a sure take home. Tried hells kitchens hottest wow! Defons show a great success. We bet on the red hat but the blue won.Enjoyed all the vendors and the team work of Jungle Jims staff, really need one of those motorized coolers.

Great Show, good beer, and good company. Really enjoyed Nandos cooking, and those Ribs at Rib City, awesome sauce, and those danish baby backs were real tender and succulent. Also like Pitrellis Pasta Sauce. Browned 1 pound of Hot Italian Sausage, add 1 jar sauce simmer and serve on rigatoni, killer flavor with the right kick. Also got lambasted by Hells Kitchens hottest, and loved Cajons Bourbon Infused Hot sauce in a cool flask. And Defcons show was a great success, we bet on the red hat but blue won.
