My latest discovery in the cheese department is the Sharp Provolone. It has a great depth of flavor and is great on pizza, salads and with crackers. It reminds of sharp swiss only smoother. Also, if you like SHARP Sharp Cheddar, give the Widmer's 4 year old a try. It has more cheddar flavor than any others I've tried. (And that's been a bunch of'em) Wink

Hmmm... that DOES sound good. I'm a cheese lover also, but haven't had much experience with Provolone. I'll have to give it a shot. I've been trying to do a better job of sticking with gourmet cheese instead of the usual simple, plain stuff. I kind of like to expand my horizons a bit more, particularly with cheese.
