Hey folks. I am a culinary student at the Midwest Culinary Institute and I love to cook and anything associated w/food. I have been in banking and bill collections for about 6 years and just don't think I can stand to do it another day. I would love to have a job working in a kitchen cooking or doing prep work or anything to advance my knowledge of food. I have good knife skills and obviously I can follow a recipe. Please email me if you have any leads or know of anyone looking for someone eager and driven for a career in food. Thanks so much in advance.
