Coke and Pepsi in the U.S. is sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, as are many other food and drink items. Mexican versions are still sweetened with sugar, the way it used to be in the U.S. Some folks like the sugar taste better and that's what created the market for Mexican Coke. Personally, I think the taste difference is minimal.
We currently have Mexican Coke and Pepsi in stock in the Hispanic section, aisle 13. Passover Coke will not be available until early March, if the local Coca-Cola supplier decides to bring it in this year, last year they had none!
