Out of curiosity, what is the building with the giant snake winding around the roof used for?

The snake building is the "roundhouse" for the monorail system. It will be the loading area for customers to ride the monorail. on road side of the building you will find six trains. 3 have been converted to clean air deisel trains. Some track is in place (above Starbucks). No... I do not know when it will be running. There are many issues to resolve and obstacles to overcome before the trains will be running.
