Sure you have alots of staff and even I'm sure someon to run tours, but how about a "roving enthusiast"?

I find I do this all the time, "oh, that is GREAT! You'll think you have died when you taste it" "don't be scared, it's just fish, here's what you do..." and "walk under the tree and LOOK UP!" I can always apot a JJ's virgin and often they want to ask... something, but dont know what to ask since they have no idea what THAT is... let alone to whom. Someone like me! Someone who has been coming for years and know where everything is and what most of it is. At the very least knows of several items in each section that are delicious for those who want to try SOMNETHING NEW but just have no idea where to start.

Just someone walking around and seeing confused or curious people and offering suggestions or directions all through the store. I think you could have a few all over, but you need one person in international alone...

If you want to start paying me for this tell me when to start showing up and How much!

How about a Jungle Jim's personal shopper. Suppose you could call Jungle Jim's and make arrangements for a nutritionist or a foodie specialist to go shopping with you and help you pick out food to your tastes/caloric needs, dietary restrictions, or just someone to help you pick out new and exciting foods to eat and provide you with handy recipe cards.
