I am coming from Madisonville, KY on Friday/Sat and hope to find some lovely cinnamons to use in my breads. I want a rich cinnamon flavor, dark and full of aroma. Can anyone tell me what to look for? Is a particular country known for good cinnamon?

I'm tired of McCormick!

In International Aisle 24 we have an item called Saigon Cinnamon by Vann's Spices that is very good. There is also a variety by Watkins that is from pure Indonesian cinnamon that is top quality.
